MEASUREMENT ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR

How many minutes did the line stop last night?

The answer exists somewhere in your factory — but if no one can read it, it may as well not exist. We put measurement on the production floor: how many parts, how many pallets, how many minutes. The numbers speak for themselves.

WHAT WE DO
1

WE COME FROM THE FLOOR

Eight years across four levels of the production floor. We did not learn the factory from the outside.

About
2

WE MEASURE FIRST

One week, one machine. We fit the device and pull the real data. The decision comes after that.

How we work
3

WE WRITE DOWN OUR LIMITS

We also tell you which work we cannot take on — at the start, not at the quotation stage.

HOW WE WORK

We go to the floor first. What is described and what is there are rarely the same.

How a production problem is described in the meeting room and how it looks at the machine rarely match. That is why we never start with a quotation — we see the line, read the counter and talk to the operator first.

field work → measurement → design → installation → handover

How we work
1

WE GO TO THE FLOOR

We stand at the machine. Which signal comes from where, what is in the panel, how the line actually runs.

2

WE FIND IT

Where a problem shows and where it originates are usually different. We do not decide without measuring.

3

WE BUILD THE SOLUTION

We build to suit the site. The decision follows what the line needs, not what the catalogue offers.

4

WE HAND IT OVER

Every job is delivered with its drawing, dimensions and reasoning. The system stays with you and runs without us.

SYSTEM LIMITS

We also write down the work we cannot take on.

In industry, the most expensive thing is selling work that cannot be done as if it could. We say this at the start, not at the quotation stage.

Read all the limits

We do not build systems that rely on operator data entry

Any tracking system based on manual entry dies in the medium term.

Counting systems are not 100% accurate

Every count has a margin of error and it varies by site. We measure it before installation and give you the number.

The same box does not fit every factory

Plug-and-play is not our work. An installation that ignores the line and the people on it gets switched off.

Your data stays in your factory

The system runs on site and does not stop when the internet does. We can step out at any time and the system stays with you.
